week 1/2 of Nursery Project

well All Foundations are now Complete,Exterior walls slowly going up .
Red brick finish is little longer as pointing outside ans plaster inside.

windows are being prepared in work shop By our Lads Dessie, Moose, and Hugh.
they Adopted some local carpenters to teach them our way as Power tools make huge difference when it comes to drilling instead of brace, routing instead of chiseling,

these student carpenters where shocked when dessie showed them how quick they can put window together,

the old way was Ok but Evolution must be allowed in to this Country .

the Rosses 8 got news on wednesday that the material for the roof was not in store ,But have no fear as Wits of Joe Sweeney (Agent) Saved the day , as usual . Sweeney Keeps Order on Site , Local Brickies screaming for windows, no wood to make them, any way, I taught lot of local Men About robbing from Peter and giving to Paul(Material)
now the work ticking over nicely as wait on material ,
Juggling men from Paul to Help Peter .
so good news now is Timber arrived for Ring Beam/Roof Trusses,.
so come thursday morning , there be Lot Men Busy again, Full steam as Ring beam goes ahead tommorrow as Predicted last week,

just received news this evening that wood is coming ,Yeehaa, not that we were under any pressure .
so in morning it be all Systems go , By Evening Hopefully Have All ringbeam Poured, show these Malawian Men How we Rosses men Do things.

Now for Horror,

Few of the Lads on way back from Blantyre,decided to take the wrong road Ye, Roger, Joe(Driving),Andy,Hugh & Big Paddy,
well getting lost is one thing , Being Stranded in the Mud, 2 wheel drive is another, Just realising that we where not in our own Turf, and out in middle of Africa, with Hyena's, Hippo's,Snakes, never mind the Moskitos taking lumps out of us as we had to try free ourselves.

at this stage all th30e Lads were getting Paranoid with where they were , every noise in Bush was wild animal, and we felt like we were the Hunted, not the Rosses Hunters.

roger started one of his tantrums,storming off for to get help.I asked him to stay with the group, but not to be telling him what to do.
he faded into the night for no more than 30 seconds ,
as all was revealed when roger Came Running Back towards us like a Bat out of Africa
Screaming and shouting that he is being Pursued by Wild Hyena's ,. was his imagination running wild (no) .
so Raging like he was , Adrenelin flowing ,he nominates the Driver,Joe to go get Help, I Agreed ,so leaving one more to volunteer ,Hugh Béag Duffy Braved the Elements and stood By My Side,
Said our goodbyes to rest of the Lads, they wanted take few fairwell pictures for keepsake ,
so we make off on our journey for help , to get out of the Bush .

As we made of we too heard weird noises near bushes as we walked away from lights,could hear someone talking in distance , Locals, Yehaa, Laughed as we only 10m off road ,Hidden behind a Bush , Not to far from Namitembo.

thank god for Locals Passing , could have been Long night ,
